This delicious smoothie is packed with antioxidants. Dragon fruit makes a delicious addition to any smoothie and is high in nutrients and loaded with fibre. Dragon fruit is wonderful eaten as is or a great way to give your smoothie a nutrition boost.
1 cup frozen mixed berries (I used strawberries & cranberries)
1/2 dragon fruit
2 tsp psyllium husk
2 scoops protein powder of choice
1 tsp collagen
1 tsp camu camu (optional)
1 cup spring water/ non dairy milk
Add all ingredients into a blender & blend together until smooth.
Pour into glass/jar and top with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and berries or fruit of choice.
