Apple & Cinnamon Morning Oats

Quick and simple, this recipe takes 5 mins to make. You can make this breakfast in a jar and enjoy on the road or at the office.



Ingredients * Serves 1

1/3 cup GF rolled oats

1 Tbs Chia seeds

1 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1- 2 tsp cinnamon

1 dollop coconut yoghurt

3 thin slices of an apple (I prefer to use Golden delicious apples)



Add oats and chia seeds to a jar or bowl and pour boiling water over just enough to cover the top. Stir and leave to sit for 5 mins

Stir in protein powder and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Add a dollop of coconut yoghurt.

Thinly slice apple and cut into tiny pieces. Top coconut yoghurt with yoghurt and another sprinkle of cinnamon (if you're a cinnamon lover like me)

If you prefer your oats slightly runnier then add more boiling water or nut milk.
